Itinerary
Kandy, Sri Lanka's cultural capital, is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. This capital, found by Wimaladharmasuriya I in 1592, was the seat of government during the Dutch and Portuguese occupations of the maritime provinces and until British rule in 1815. It's set on a plateau surrounded by mountains, which are home to tea plantations and biodiverse rainforest.
- Arrival and assistance at the airport Proceed to Kandy.
- En route visit Pinnawala Elephant orphanage.
- Get to know about Sri Lankan Spices, take a part in Spice Village Tour.
- Take some time to visit famous Royal Botanical Garden in Kandy.
- Get to know about most famous Ceylon Gems.
- Learn about how Sri Lankan handicrafts & famous batiks are being done.
- Check in to hotel & have a quick refresh.
- Visit one of biggest attractions in Sri Lanka, Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (Also known as “Kandy” Temple & “Dalada Maligawa”).
- Later if time permits take a part in Sri Lankan Traditional Cultural Show.

Nuwara Eliya, known as the garden city of Asia for its hills, valleys and waterfalls, is 6,182 feet above sea level and is situated at the foot of Mount Pidurutalagala, Sri Lanka's highest peak. Nuwara Eliya was discovered in 1819 by Sir Samuel Baker, the famous explorer who discovered the source of the Nile. Thereafter, an English village was established, the remains of which can still be seen. The colonial government habitually moved to Nuwara Eliya for 3 months of the year: March, April and May, when Colombo was warm and humid.

Bentota is a city in the south coast of Sri Lanka that will leave you breathless.
